Meetings are held in the Council Chambers at 7:00 p.m., City Hall, 861 Asbury Avenue, Ocean City, New Jersey. Only those applications which have been certified as complete and are technically sufficient as determined by the Planning Office will be scheduled. The Planning Office will notify applicants in advance of the meeting at which their proposal will be heard, to allow applicants sufficient time to notice as may be required by statute.
