need year-round beach rental

My husband and I are looking for a yesr-round rental in Ocean City on or near the beach.Two bedrooms would be OK or anything around $650 a month.My husband and I are willing to do repairs or renovations for reduction in rent.We can do plumbing, woodwork, painting etc.
Must be able to take our two old clean, indoor cats with us.They have never sprayed or scratched in the 12 years we have had them.
