Over a 24-hour period starting at 7am on August 18, 2001, Gary "Dutch" Van Vorst will attempt to lift more than 2 million pounds for arthritis research. Dutch, who is 51 years old, himself suffers from Ankalosian Spondelitis, a highly debilitating form of arthritis.
