When do you think we might see a Segway on the boardwalk in OC? Evidently, there's a small company renting Segways now in the Spokane, Washington, area at the rate of $20.00 for 30 minute increments.

I wonder if a Segway would be legal. What code would it be violating? Battery-powered, motorized wheelchairs are permissible now.
