Hi, if you young, between 5 and 35 yrs. old, then this is the place for you. As for the Older Generation, Ocean City has changed a lot! It's very Expensive to rent or to buy a Apt/Home. Traffic is Horrible, walking the Sidewalks/Boardwalk is a Challenge! We've had some Crime lately in Our Town, which years before was unheard of! Other than that, it's a great place. September and the Spring Months are really the best time to vacation here. It is getting so congested here that my Family and I are thinking of moving to the Mainland. Places like Seaville, Mamora, Egg Harbour Twp.
