Need Summer House

My 17 year old son wants to work in Ocean City this summer with several friends and they need a place to live. I would be resposible, and my wife and I are vacationing there as well. My son is very mature and respectful of property as are his friends. I will pay the rent in advance. They certainly don't need a palace, but we are willing to spend up to $10K.
