Apartments for rent???

My name is Rich and I am 40 years old and my wife is divorcing me after 20 years and I need a place to live and I have always loved Ocean City and I was looking for a nice 2 bedroom apartment for rent. I would pay the whole years rent up front. I have tried to contact a couple of Real Estate people and they are only interested in trying to sell me something.
Please, if anyone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it so much.
